Lowest Class G****s

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent order from Pick n Pay ASAP - Promenade Mitchell's Plain

I ordered a pack of g****s through the app and paid R43, expecting the usual standard quality you get when buying fresh produce. However, when my order arrived, I immediately noticed how unusually small and poor quality the g****s were.

Only after inspecting the packaging closely did I see that the product is labelled “LOWEST CLASS.” At no point during the ordering process was this disclosed, nor was I given any option to choose the class or grade of g****s.

This is completely misleading. Customers should not be charged standard prices for substandard produce without being clearly informed upfront. Transparency is the bare minimum, especially when it comes to food quality.

This experience has left me feeling misled and disappointed in a brand I’ve trusted for years. I expect better from Pick n Pay.
