Low fat milk sachets

For at least 6 months I have been trying to get a sensible answer as to why Low fat milk sachets have been discontinued at Bedford Centre where I normally shop. Jugs are still available but they are for freezer friendly and cost more. There are crates of full cream milk. We are supposed to try and reduce our intake of saturated fats. To the best of my knowledge there was not a customer survey. Carryn Rose was going to get back to me with a sensible reason.
