Lousy service at Westwood PnP

Pick n Pay in Westwood mall is unfortunately, of late, showing very poor customer service. Firstly, no baskets are provided for shoppers wanting to purchase only one or two items. One is forced to cart around a cumbersome trolley instead. This is really not putting the customer first. Secondly, with a long queue of customers waiting to be served today, there was only one til open for service, forcing customers to wait ages to checkout. Meanwhile, there were several people standing around who could easily have been assigned to the other tills. Come on PnP.. you can do better than this.
