Normally I experience very good service from Pick a Pay Express in Willem Botha Street Eldoraigne. This morning , 23-01-2020 Refilewe a cashier , where so busy counting her change , that my card was declined . You have only so much time to do a transaction before your card will be declined. And that was happening to me. She does not pay any attention to the custemors
