Lotto Machine 'Off Line' every Saturday

Pick 'n Pay at Brigh****er Commons have a handwritten sign on their Lotto machine every Saturday stating that it is off line. During the week the Lotto machine is fine, but on a Saturday it is suddenly off line. My family and friends believe they are doing this purposely as they do not have enough staff to man the cigarette counter, biltong bar etc as well as the Lotto machine. This has been going on for months now. When I have spoken to a manager at the store about it she stated that it is really off line.
