lotto machine not working

After two months of complaining even phoning customer careline lotto is still not working all you see is an ugly handwritten note saying machine is out of order I will rather go shopping at shoprite now where I can do all in of my shopping in one go . A big company like pick n pay cant get a machine fixed after two months is disgusting or are the people working there just to lazy to do the extra work. The people working at the info kiosk is just sitting there checking there phones I suppose the extra work of doing the lottery is to much for them to handle, Shoprite can gladly get all my money spent on groceries. get it fixed and get your attitude fixed while you at it. call centre cant even respond back to me after a month disgusting!!!
