Lost scoots at the pharmacy

It is a second time a scrip get lost at Essenwood pharmacy. I feel guilty because they might think that I lie. I gave the script in and got medication for my wife. My medication was also there on. They said did not have the medication I need and they said they had to order it. I went there now to get the medication and they said there was no script. Like said this was the second time it happened and it cost me nearly R500 to go an get a new one at the Dr.
