lost parcel at the parcel counter inside pick n pa

On the 11-03-2016. Around 17:00 I went to pick n pay tramshed and left my parcels inside a white plastic bag at the parcel counter,,after shopping I forgot my parcels there,today on the 14-03-2016 around 17:00 I went there with the ticket and explained to the guy at the counter he then send me to the two security ladies that send me to the manager who then send me to ask the security guy by the name of irvin,who didn't even bother to listen to my story, while busy listening to his music with white earphones inside his ears,he then told me that the ccv cameras are not working,there is no way he is going to chech the ccv camera for friday incident,how can a big store like pick n pay tramshed have deadly ccv cameras in the shop,while we as customers we trust them with our parcels that is why we leave them at their counters,I just want my parcels back,whoever have a nerve to clients goods without any permision must be known,I want my parcels back Pick n pay tramshed, did you hire people to take things that doesnt belong to them?
