Lost my Defy Iron

I bought a Defy Iron, only to find that it was not working. I returned it to Pick n Pay Mall of the North as it was still under warranty. It was taken in for fixing in March 2023. To this day I still have not received it back. No one is able to trace its whereabouts. I need Pick n Pay Mall of the North to return my iron or replace it if they have lost it.
