Lost items

I went to pick 'n pay in kuilsriver river park on the 7th of October 2021 to purchase things that I needed, before I could enter the security advised me to leave the parcel that I had wich was plastic with my daughter's school shoes and my shoes that I recently bought. I left the plastic in the parcel counter took a number then carried with my shopping. After 10 or 15 minutes I came out to collect my plastic at the parcel counter and it was Gone. Went to the Manger to inform him of the situation then Brian the mager said I must write my details down then customer services will call me. On Friday 08 October 2021 pick 'n pay customer service never called me I called them and they said they will look at the footage and call me back on Saturday that was the promise that was made by Nothemba Njece to me on Friday again they never bothered to call me till today. Why did they advise me to leave my belongings at the parcel counter if they not going to look after it. I don't have money to buy another pair of school shoes at this time of the month.
