Lost all my point without notice

Lost R1000 worth of point without any notice. No message, no email. The only reason i buy at pnp is for the point. They wont see me again.

As per our Smart Shopper T's and C's: Smart Shopper points are valid for 12 months from the time they’re earned>>> http://www.picknpay.co.za/smartshopper-terms-and-conditions

Only points older than 12 months will expire and not all of your points, and points older than 12 months will continue to expire on a rolling month basis.

Same old message. I do understand 12 months, but insteed of me keeping book of my points every months, surely you can notify customers before expiring. But you can shove your points and your stores.
