Loss of smart shopper points

I did online shopping a while ago, and converted my smart shopper points to cash. At the check out I am sure I ticked the option to redeem them, but it was never deducted from my purchase amount. Those points converted to cash has disappeared.<br> <br> I send an email to customer support but received no feedback, so now I am on hellopeter .Plse check.
