Looks like PnP wont be the place for groceries anymore!

I have been a loyal customer to pick a pay for quite a number of years, so that, that I don't do my shopping at any other shop but pick a pay. I bought a packet of avocados a few times when the whole pack was off and I thought to rather leave it because perhaps its customers press on them and then they go off, which can't be the case for 4 times now. Bought at Soneike, Ipic Centre in Kuilsriver.

We pay and pay and pay as consumers and quality just slacks, IS THIS FAIR TOWARDS YOUR LOYAL CUSTOMERS?????

So after I have send this email, I got a reply that apologises for the product and that they will reimburse me for a packet of Avo's. WOW!!! SO that I can get another pack of off avo's.

The sad thing is, looking through all their reviews, it seems like there is a lack of care, maybe everyone must just stop making use of Pick a Pay, show them the respect that they show us as customers.
