Long wait for delivery and rude driver

Pnp Asap Why is it that this days im experiencing bad service after another... Why is still called Asap if i have to wait the whole day for my order i placed my order around 11am to be delivered at 6:30 pm from 1pm it has been saying the driver is waiting in the store which is Thomas who is very rude.... I contacted the customer wanted to know what is happening with my order around 3;30 they told me the driver is driving towards me they gave me the drivers number who was rude very rude telling me that hes far from the store and he cant collect my order anytime and he just received the order that time not long ago i received opened expired biscuits now this this is too much for a big company... My kids had to eat late because i had to make a plan b since their bread cant be collected by Thomas who's busy with other orders im not happy at all even had to make unplaned expenses of buying another bread
