Long queues, no managers

This is a reoccurring problem at this Pick 'n Pay. There are hardly ever enough open tills, and the ones that are open sometimes have the most unhelpful and unfriendly cashiers. Going there after 5 in the afternoon always takes at least half an hour, the cashiers hardly ever seem like they are trying to speed things up, and the managers are rarely seen. I have seen numerous people complaining to no avail. This is unacceptable. The meat/butchery section always smell very foul and the overall hygiene of the s**** is definitely not on standard. Previous complaints have fallen on deaf ears. This store definitely needs better management and training of cashiers.
