Long queue, old queuing system
<p>COMPLAINT:</p> <p>Oh dear PIck ‘n Pay Claremont and sadly the newly opened Kenilworth Pick ‘n Pay as well. Without exception another long and frustrating wait in the queue. I often only have Sunday afternoons to shop. A few cashiers available, still the old queuing system per till and not the first-come-first-served system. Please! It's time to upgrade.</p> <p><br />BUT THANK YOU to both branches’ staff assisting me when I couldn’t find some items.</p>
