Long ques,Poor Customer service

So disappointed with the Pick n Pay Mabopane,the cashiers are never friendly..Had a bad experience with one on the 5th April,she wasnt so nice and ended up giving me money that was R20 short,when i went back for it i waited for our 30mins as one of the staff was looking for her,ended up living without being helped.One of the staff thats was helping me took my details down and said they would call back as soon as she returns to store,its past 3 days and i havent gotten a call from them
