Long ques with half of stores tills closed

Pick and Pay promenade mitchels Plain.. the worst shop to shop at during month end from the 25th onwards.. literally half the tills are ope. And the other half are closed.. now I am not sure if they are under staffed or what the issue is but it is pathetic.. the lines are making turns and corners and even those purchasing 2 items has to wait in the less then 10 item tills that are ridiculously long as well.. this is unacceptable especially this time of the month

Including me, I've seen customers turning around leaving g their groceries as the waiting time to be assisted is way too ooohhh long.. why are these tills bot open?? Why whiy why??
