Long ques at a hypermarket!

what a mess! With 20 tills only 4 functioning! People literally have trolleys filled and waiting for so long just to pay. The kiosk is overwhelmed with people who are only allowed 3 items at a time. For a hypermarket it sure is a slow machine that is not well oiled or run.
