Long Ques

I come to pic & pay Mitchells Plain today early, when they opened I was already there. When I get to the till point only to find that there is this long Ques at every point. They have more baskets only till points open than normal points & that is on end of month, really does not make sense. I have been standing in the que longer than my entire shopping experience. Went to complain to the managers & they just say staff did not come in, now why is that us the customers problem.

This needs to be addressed because u guys are losing loyal customers with poor service like that.
