Long Life milk expired 2weeks after purchase date.

On 19/09/2022 i purchased online (6 x First Choice Long Life Full Cream Milk 1l x6) R479.94. On 24/10/2022 when I wanted to use the milk I noticed all 6 boxes expired on 07/10/2022 basically all 6 boxes of the long life milk expired 2 weeks after purchasing online. I contacted pick n pay and asked for a refund. I attached pictures. I got a reference number and was told I would be contacted. I followed up I was told the matter was escalated. To date no one has contacted me and I have not received a refund. Long Life milk is not supposed to expire 2 weeks after purchasing or I could have just bought the regular milk. Can I please get a refund urgently!!! I will not be making use of your online store again as this has happened previously. Food i bought on pnp online were approaching expiry and food such as rice, milk, coffee, Mayonnaise, tomato sauce, salad dressing, should last over a year and not expire within 2 months of purchase. Urgent Refund please for milk already expired!!! I have already given all required information when I contacted pnp. Still no response
