Locked bag in parcel counter

<p>Good Morning</p> <p>I left my bag at the parcel counter in Pick n Pay Senaone yesterday afternoon and went into shop to buy a few things, when I finished I found the parcel counter locked and my bag inside. went to the manager to inform them of this and the best assistance they could offer was to tell me that the lady that works there went home with the key and they've tried calling but her phone goes to voicemail.</p> <p>now this is my backpack with keys to my room where I stay, bus tac and my other belongings but without that bag I could get into my room, and I start work at 6am. I explain this and the manager goes oh shame but there's nothing we can do because there is no spare key.</p> <p>I had to have my lock broken open to get in last night, had to use cash to go to work and had to wait for temporary security card to get into work this morning.</p> <p>now my bag is still at the parcel counter as I couldn't miss work, who is then responsible to ensure that my belongings are safe especially since they spent the night due to your *********** employee?</p> <p>in future what do I do walk into a pick n pay with my bag?</p>
