Good morning I hope this mail finds you well. On the 2 April 2026 I went to Pick n Pay (Maluti Crescent) Phuthaditjhaba Qwaqwa to purchase the Airfreyer branded GoldAir unfortunately it was out of Stock the time I wanted to buy it. I was assisted by the Store Manager by the name Gugu she made everything in her power to make sure that I get the Airfryer that suits my satisfaction as she asked me to pay for the it and I did she went all out on her day off on the 3 April 2026 to fetch something I wanted to buy to another Store. Iyoo I'm very satisfied with her excellent customer service she's giving to her customer's she makes me feel comfortable and proud to become a Pnp Customer especially at her Store. The efforts and the way she compromised to satisfy her customers made me realize that humanity doesn't cost a thing. Keep up the good work Ausi Gugu your efforts doesn't go unnoticed I'm very happy and excited with your service. You make my life easier to shop at Pnp and your Loyalty is rare Keep up the good work. Wow what a customer service 👏 😊 she even delivered my parcel to me what the efforts. Thank you so much for keeping your promises.
