Lifeless!
I have shopped at various picknpay's but could p&p please send some mystery shoppers specifically to Springs Mall. The shop is lovely and clean, the specials are displayed clearly on the shelves, HOWEVER the general staff attitude leaves lot to be desired. Apathetic is the ideal adjective to describe them. Maybe management should have a much needed team building exercise!!
