LIES

So after my last complaint about Pick n Pay not delivering to the Grassy Park are in Cape Town. I was amazed at the quick response from the online customer service department. <br> <br> BUT the different excuses as to why they don't deliver was unbelievable.<br> 1st it was because there was no demand = BS as you drive past my house to deliver to neighbouring area.<br> 2nd it was because Mr D will not deliver in the area for them. <br> Richard from the call centre got his call centre manager Adilah to return my call. I requested the reasons be listed on a email and sent to me on the 2nd October. To date as have to receive the email. Must be because they don't want their lies on black and white for the rest of the social media to see. <br> <br> Please Pick n Pay what is your real excuse for the ************** in not delivering to my area????<br> I patiently wait for the next excuse.<br> <br> Regards
