License Renewal Portal

The licensing portal and call center , I created a ticket on their portal that it says I am not authorized to use the license renewal feature , they did not reply to the ticket I contacted their call center they asked me to send them my documents and I did so and still no response from them or any urgency. The agent seem to be confused with what they are actually doing.
