License Disc Renewal

DON'T USE THEIR LICENSE RENEWAL ONLINE SERVICE. It is such a con. Was promised 5-10 working days for delivery of my license. It has been 7 weeks and it still just says processing. There is no one to contact and when you lodge a ticket you get a reply 2 weeks later that is one sentence long, so rude.

PNP please remove this service from your offerings, you are obviously not jacked up to give decent customer service and deliver the promise.

Note to customers, just use the eNatis system or a different provider. I am R1300+ down the drain plus fines. Police don't recognise the invoice for PNP as proof of payment for a new license disk.
