LICENCE RENEWAL - USELESS
Renewing vehicle licences online via PNP does not work. I made payment on 1 January 2023, it is now 13 February 2023, almost 45 days later!! Supposed to take 10 days :).
Logged 3 tickets on the system and absolutely no response. R3500 for 4 licences down the drain - thank you for nothing PNP!!
PS: 4 non-licenced vehicles on the road - great, wonder who is going to pay the fines or explain to insurance in case of an accident.
PSS: Don't suppose a refund is possible?

Thank you for the automated response 5 days ago. I still do not see any movement on my vehicle license renewals, neither did I receive a phone call as promised in your reply. It is now 50 days and counting since I threw my money in the water!
