Licence Disk Renewal
I used the online service to renew my vehicle licence disk. I uploaded the required documentation and paid the fee on 09 November 2022. I have requested feedback on 16 November 2022 regarding the delivery date (Logged a query online) and sent an email to *** to confirm the delivery address. I have to date not received any feedback. I raised another query on the progress and expected delivery date on 24 November 2022 as we are now well past the 10 business days. I have to date not received a response. The status of my disk is "in progress". I would appreciate some feedback.

05 Dec 2022, 18:44I have contacted *** as suggested. The issue is that they take weeks to respond. After this complaint they contacted me to inform me that they have received the disk and they then asked me to confirm my address. I have done that and asked for a tracking number. It is now 6 days later and I have not received a tracking number or my disk.
