Lezel at Pick ‘n Pay Vincent bad customer service

Bad customer service at Pick ‘n Pay Vincent East London. Lezel at the 5 item counter. Should learn how to treat customers better. My sister had 6 items I had 3. This teller lady then say she can’t help us the. Says next please while we telling her I’ll at pay for the one item. She just carried on like we are people who didn’t exist. I know you can’t pay for more than 5 items. That’s why I was going to pay for the other item. That was definitely silly of her. Supervisor didn’t even make it seem like what she did was wrong told me not to pay for the extra item. We ended up paying at another till. Very disappointed.
