Level of Unprofessionalism and Disrespected towards Customers

I truly admire one of ur branch in Fourways, specifically the one in Fourways Mall, most of the time these were I feel value for money service but as of late the service is lacking and customers are being disrespected.. it’s no longer the same the level of professionalism and the manner of which customers are being communicated to.. today I experienced it and truly speaking is not amusing to spend ur money were u are disrespected and treated like you are to ***** or your money holds no value or am I being profiled.. there are many things that comes to mind...I moved from till to till for cashback and I was addressed with humiliation, no professionalism, manner of approach and communications was none what so ever.. no name tag as a form of identification. I was moved from till 10 to till 4, just to go and start the cue again and I was moved from till 4 to kiosk to go and start a cue again.. and all when is happening this cashiers have so much attitude without name tags too.. including the what I observed to be a supervisor he also had no name tag.. he didn’t assist nothing he was so rude and unprofessional. I feel so violated truly speaking in all aspects.. this establishment holds a record in good service but I see that fading..no one to want spend their money in an establishment that treats them like Garbage.. I am ****ed and I could see in his eyes that he undermines black people.. the thing is I am not the only one and is not the first time.. please do something as a corporation..
