Leslie Pick n Pay Local

I went to a Pick N Pay Local in Leandra to purchase the baby formula on the 26th December 2018 @ 16h10. It happened that i purchased the wrong formula I quickly rushed back to the store , tried to return and get the correct 1. To my suprise the rude so called Store Manager referred as Fikile who wasn't even wearing a name tag told me that ''they do not return baby formula nor cigarettes due to the fact that people buy from Indian shop and returns products to them'' ****** ****** ****** coming from a person who works, serves multiracial citizen. To my surprise all the shops she was referring to were closed. She did not even want to hear anything I had say. Fortunate enough I a former PnP employee. I know the rules . I urge you re-induct that store manager or appoint another manager.

There is no such thing as a No return policy at PnP. That manager is making her rules and regulation even Staff members complains about their management's negligence and carelessness, Expired stock that we normally get there. That store is dragging the cooperate store name down the drain. PnP MUST STOP FRANCHISING AND HIRING *********** PEOPLE WHO ARE NOT WILLING WORK.
