Lephalale Mall Pick and Pay
Pick n Pay Lephalale Mall.
WHY is it now a thing to send your mouldy bread and rolls to your customers? In the past month this happened 4 times. Live is just too expensive to let it slide every time. And I did try to phone, but as USUAL the Lephalale Mall phone is out of order, and the guy who was on duty is the one that refuses to assist. I order at least R6000pm via PNP ASAP and MrD. Returning anything is just impossible!! You send me old bread, then I'm gonna must log a ticket. After 2 weeks the ticket is closed, issue resolved. BUT I'm still without a refund or replacement bread. This is now enough, we are moving to Checkers.

07 Jan 2024, 13:46I ordered above via MrD. They have a guy whose ONLY response is "come again". Whatever you ask or say, he responds with "come again". He is rude and refuse to help. Told me on numerous occasions that I must phone PnP, it's not his problem. So once again I've spend money on something that went to the bin

26 Feb 2024, 10:30On 8 January you said you will sort this out with management. It is now 26 February, and NOTHING has been sorted. Nobody contacted me. I've since had the same complaint about old bread, and sour milk. And porridge full of mites.
Checkers will be a better option, you guys don't give a **** about customer loyalty!!!!
