Lenovo iPad given with no security code to MS office

<p>WENT TO PICK N PAY HYPER IN BOKSBURG ON FRIDAY 24 march,got there at 9:16 to buy the R4999 lenovo and prjntet special, got there,no sales ppl on the floor,the man there told me they are coming at 10, weird!! So I decided letnme walk around the shop till 10,come back at 10:10,still no salea person,waited 15 min until a Zweli shows up,long story short, why must customers wait for your staff? Hire more people such a big shop cannot b serviced by one person..now today Sunday I decide to open the box,go to MS office,it needs an activation code,apparently your sales person was supposed to give me this code,so how does he expect me to use office if I can't activate it?? I must call with my airtime,travel back with my petrol to get this? And pay parking fees for this? I expect him to call me asap and give me the activation code,I'm annoyed right now,after waiting in the shop for so long just get service!! Not acceptable</p>
