Lemon tree store in a disgusting state. Poor customer service too

I was at Lemon Tree and was so disappointed to find that the Smart Shopper machine next to the one which said out of order was also not working. I then a gentleman who works there to help me use it and all he said was "Be resilient that machine is problematic" I was also appauled by how dirty the store was. The floor was really dirty. Smashed boxes in front of the smart shopper machine that's out of order...the state of that store on Friday was disgusting and so was the customer service
