Left feeling emberrased

<p>I went to Pick 'n Pay clothing to buy some of underwear when i got there i realised that the size i wanted( medium) was finished but the only medium that was available was in a torn and dirty package , so i took the underwear in a torn and dirty package together with a large size underwear in clean and proper package to the till, I ask the lady at the till if i may have a discount on the product because it didn't make sence to pay the full amount for a product that wasnt as good as the ones in good condition i,e the larger sizes. </p> <p> </p> <p>the lady said that there were medium sizes that are in good in condition and that she'll go get them, she came back and said sorry they are actually out of stock and i ask again if i may have a discount on these ones that are available and she continued to say no and i asked to see the manager , she said she's on lunch she'll try call her luckily the manager came back from luch at that time, the assistant manager explained my situation to her( the manager) and the manager said the same thing her assistant manager said and said the only thing they can do is to change the package, they did it right there at the till in front of all the other customers leaving me feeling emberrased. </p>
