LAZY STUFF AND MANAGER

Got the most unsatisfactory service from the Southgate branch yesterday, what's even worse is the fact that the Manager Mikateko wasn't even the least helpful about my dilemma. So I bought an AIM 50inch tv on April last year at Southgate. Now on Sunday my TV wasn't functioning properly anymore so I took it to the store yesterday seeing as it's still under warranty. I get to the store Met Evelyn who I assume works at the electronics department at South gate PnP who refused to assist with a TV return due to the fact that the TV was not in an original packaging even though I had the till slip. She tells me that I should go borrow a box for the TV inorder for them to be able to assist me, now I know a box shouldn't be a hinderance because I called the AIM manufacturers and queried if they wouldn't fix my TV due to the missing original packaging, the AIM representations confirmed that a box is not an issue provided the TV is bubble wrapped to avoid any damage to the screen. To say I'm disappointed by this service is an understatement. I will go back again this afternoon to see if they're still maintained the nonsense they fed me about the box both Evelyn and Mikateko gave me terrible service, full of excuses not the least intense in helping out
