Lazy Store Manager's at PnP Southgate

****ty service from the Southgate branch. Took my TV for repairs 3 weeks ago where the manager Mikateko wasn't even in the least interested I helping me out. Kept telling me that they can't take the TV cause it's not in box. I managed to enquire the box issue with their supplier AIM a lady named Ruth has been helpful giving me updates as to if the TV has been lodged for repairs as yet. Till to date my TV is still at the store. I've never been this frustrated with a service provider like I am with pnp Southgate. Both manager's Thando and Mikateko are just letdowns worse they're manager's. I don't even want the TV anymore at this point I just want a refund cause they're dragging their feet on purpose at that😭😡😣
