Lazy Rude cashier

Was at pick n pay Vincent park today . I wanted to purchase a nestle hot chocolate sachet along with a lot of other groceries. The cashier YOLANDA argued with me saying it was from a closed box and didn't have a bar code . I explained to her that it was open and on display and she refused to assist me and carried on arguing with me . I even took a photo . I will be escalating this on hello Peter , Facebook and I also intend to contact Nestle . Just because you cashier is too lazy to go get the barcode or call a supervisor and was rude and arguing with me . Attached is the photo where I got the sachet we didn't open any sealed boxes
