Lazy packers and driver

I made use of the Pick n Pay ASAP app like always. I usually have no issues. I tried calling your call Centre and I sent emails and rated the delivery.

Firstly I made a tip and I paid for delivery and I expect a refund for this for the following reason.

My bread and milk was coated in chicken juice and smell of chicken water after some person didn't use logic but instead put the chicken sideways to leak everywhere. The chicken was not wrapped in a clear packet like the freezer items usually are. The bread and milk was at the bottom of the bag with the chicken side ways with the bacon and VEGAN burger on top already defrosted! Why was the chicken not put in a plastic packet like always. My kitchen floor and counter was messed after the bag tore. After PAYING for delivery and tipped the driver my groceries were left on the floor outside my gate! While the driver was parked on the opposite side of the road. So wrong! I paid a tip for a driver who just left my stuff on the floor. Yesterdays delivery was just pure laziness from the driver to the people who packed my groceries. I have photos where you can actually see the evaporation in the bread packet from the water. Now what must I do!!
