Lazy cashiers

I encountered some of the laziest service I've ever endured at Pick n Pay. I put my basket on the counter and the cashier looks at me, instead of unloading the basket, I have to do it, and then instead of swiping my card I have to hold it in front of the scanner. She also took infinite amount of time in taking my money and giving me change. Please employ my capable people. It's no wonder this company's going out of business even though they apparently keep trying to deny it.
