Lazy and apathetic staff

I had the most terrible customer experience of my life today. I had my baby with me and was unable to wait a long time for help, but ended up standing for an hour and a half. So I eventually just paid to replace the toy my child had lost in the shops (no one would help me, the apathy and laziness of the staff was downright shocking) and then when I got to my car, the security which were supposed to be helping me, came chasing after me and accused me of *****ing the toy I had JUST bought to replace the one I had lost in the store which no one would help me find! Unbelievable. I am so unhappy with the lack of care for the customer.
