Laziest managers and employees!

<p>Ive had the worst customer experience ever at Pick 'n Pay Promenade this evening.</p> <p>All I wanted was to buy one pack of tampons which last I checked was ONE item and when going to the queue for 10 items and less it was already closed, mind you it was only 8pm and the store closes at 9?! I then check for queues that may be moving faster however, with their employees that seems to work as if we come to their store for fun, it was nearly impossible! I then try and pay for this item at the kiosk and I'm told it's not allowed.</p> <p>Now as a regular customer I get highly annoyed as they're expecting you to stand in long queues with *********** staff for ONE item and close their tills for people who expect to be in and out! The cashier at the kiosk counter then gets and attitude when I ask for a manager and lies and says there is no manager on duty which is bull****! He then advises me to go to the office myself for a manager?! I mean, what are you getting paid for?</p> <p>Eventually, he does see a manager and calls her over and she right out refuses to come and listen to me as a customer! Firstly ms manager, please check what your job title entails and then maybe your staff won't be lying to customers and doing their job right! </p> <p> </p> <p>Then to top it all off, your little employee explains to his colleague what's happening and she advises to go to the 10 items and less till, after I've explained that for some reason it has already been closed! </p> <p>I will never be returning to this branch and I will definitely make sure everybody knows the kind of service that's being provided there!</p> <p> </p> <p>Sincerely, a customer on her period who shouldn't be messed with.</p>
