Late delivery became a NON deliver

We ordered our bimonthly order on thursday. Picked a time slot on THEIR skedule. Two days later we had to follow up because they did not deliver on agreed time, followed up and only to see they emailed that they have problems. If you late, you call, not email but they commited they WILL deliver today. We were forced to move our activities around to be here for the reskeduled delivery. Behold they did not deliver. We called, only to find out they decided to reskedule delivery again to monday WITHOUT apology, or justifing wasting our saturday waiting on them, or calling. Management has gone home but no one have mobile phones and THEY just don't care. An apology this time around wil not be good enough. Pnp wasted MY saturday and the mangement went home!? We adheared to THEIR arranged times but they don't care! Never trust their online shopping! Pnp will have to explain to me how they dare to mess me about, when I tried to accomodate them on THEIR agreed times and why they can't simply call us in advance. No one sits at home checking emails 24hrs a day. Is this what you get for emplying managers who are more concerned about their title, than they are abour SERVICE and deliver on time?
