Late delivery

I reported a complaint on 2nd of August 2025 regarding my order placed on the ASAP app at 14:57 but was only delivered at 17:00pm. (aprx 2 hours later)

This was very disappointing as it defeats the promise PNP makes of "delivery made in 60Min"
