Late delivery

I placed an online order and specified delivery to be between 12:00 and 15:00 order no ***. No one called me to advise that they are running late. The order only arrived at 16:10 and delivery is paid for which caused an inconvenience for me. I order online from other stores like Takealot and Woolworths which deliver on time and they call you when they are on the way. Pick 'n Pay on the other hand charges for delivery and then come at their own time which is pathetic. I had to cancel my plans for a delivery that I didn't know what time it will arrive. To make matters worse some items were missing from my order but included in the invoice without alerting me. Other items were replaced with expensive items eg 2kg washing powder R39.99 replaced with 1kg washing powder R44.99 which is more expensive and a smaller size. I wouldn't advise anyone to order anything from Pick 'n Pay online rather use Woolworths, you get next day delivery and the delivery comes on time. I doubt I will be getting a response from Pick n Pay.
