late and short delivery
Place an order online for 45kg of frozen chips, not only was the delivery a day late, they delivered 13 short. Driver is absolutely clueless as to why its short and phoning customer service only produces you with a reference number and a promise for a refund. There is a reason why I ordered 45 and not 33. totally unacceptable
