Lagging app, worst customer service

This is my last time to use your app and store. Tell me why does my order show that it's sill yet to be deliverd and on the other hand it says you have tried to contact me for delivery and the order has been returned to the store. Last time it was the same issue and I decided to take chill pill, today again is the same. Poor customer service too, I tried to call multiple times, the only time I got through a lady said obn I have problem with the system, let me drop the phone and call and up to now no call. I use the my credit, delete the account and that will be the last time. 👎👎👎👎👎👎. Dissapointed
