Lady age 72 slipped and fell in Pick n Pay Dec 8 ,2021 still waiting for response

My wife age 72 slipped and fell in Pick n Pay George on 8 December 2020 She injured her hip and went to the Manager ,reported it and he send her some forms to fill in She went to our clinic as we are pensioners to get some painkillers and was informed that we need to wait for Pick n Pay to send us to their medical practitioners Various correspondence took place on this matter but no answers Eventually on 12 April2021 we received a call from March insurance specialists who informed us that they are handling the insurance on behalf of Pick n Pay We were very excited and forwarded all the documentation to the information provided to us Today is the 11 May 2021 I have left various emails, telephonic messages to the numbers provided on Marsche's communication with ourselves I verified it on Google ...still nothing On Google on Marsh website I left a written message to the directors of Marsh to which I also have not received any feedback I believe that the pain and suffering this 72 year old lady is still suffering is evidence of the absolute "don't care "attitude of Pick n Pay (This was also referred to their regional offices ) I need help to make this company realise that people are more important than their reputation (which clearly they do not care about) This is pathetic to say the least and all that are left is to sue I am a firm believer in fairness and I have tried to be fair to the fact that although a lot of staff must have past this wet floor where my wife fell nobody cared a bout the customers and still do not care My wife and I have been loyal customers to this store and have spent on average about R15 K per month between 2010 and 2019 thereafter up to Nov 2020 about R6 k per month that accrues to R1,260,000 I think we are entitled to the decency of a. an apology b, replies to our communication and where to go to to have my wife assessed c, compensated for their negligence which caused this injury and given my wife's age(72) it might even lead to more medical bills
