Lack of service

I visited Pick n Pay at Stellenbosch square on the 27th of July and 12.There were only 3 cashiers with customers standing in the isles.I wanted to complain to the manager called Yolanda and waited more than 15min to no avail.Yolanda was definitely not in the store.With it being a Sunday at noon end of the month I was shocked and horrified at the lack of service in this store.Please avoid shop if possible
